About Kym
Kym Corridan @ Piano Lessons: Music through English Salzburg 

Kym is an Irish classical pianist & piano teacher, whose teaching approach is greatly influenced by her studies and experience as both a concert pianist and as a teacher in Ireland. She graduated with distinction from both her Masters of Arts degree in Piano Performance and Bachelor of Music, both awarded by Munster Technological University Cork School of Music Ireland, and also graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree from University Limerick Mary Immaculate College. She additionally has experience as a primary school teacher and English teacher for children, and holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language through Theatre and Play diploma. 

Kym was selected my the University Concert Hall Ireland as one of Irelands Rising Star performers in 2022, and has over 8 years of piano teaching experience both privately and at three music schools in Ireland. Her teaching style is creative, personalised, and encouraging. Learning the piano is an immensely rewarding yet challenging skill and she is passionate about helping students to find ways to overcome these obstacles in learning. Kym loves to share her joy for the piano with her students and building great relationships is key to this. She believes that it is never too late to start learning the piano, and that anyone of any age can learn the piano to a proficient level provided there is dedication, determination and passion!
